Motorloom does not carry out physical inspections and is not a replacement for a qualified mechanic.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Motorloom for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You should not rely on Motorloom as the sole basis for decisions involving safety-critical repairs.

3. Payments and Pricing

Some parts of Motorloom are available without charge. Certain features, including full vehicle results, require a one-off payment.

All prices are shown clearly before payment is taken.

4. No Refund Policy

Once a payment has been completed, all sales are final.

This is because:

• the service provides instant access to vehicle guidance,
• the analysis is generated specifically from the information you provide, and
• digital content is supplied immediately after payment.

For these reasons, refunds are not offered once access to paid results has been provided. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

Motorloom aims to provide helpful and realistic guidance. However, vehicle issues can have multiple causes and final diagnosis can only be confirmed by physical inspection.

Motorloom does not guarantee that all identified issues will apply to your specific vehicle.

6. Liability

Motorloom is not responsible for decisions made based on the guidance provided, costs incurred at garages, or damage resulting from continued vehicle use.

You use Motorloom at your own discretion.
